(i) retain a principal office located in a HUBZone and be sure that at least 35% of its staff reside inside a HUBZone as provided in paragraph (d)(one) of this part; or (one) SBA may request documents to verify that the applicant fulfills the HUBZone application's eligibility demands. The files must show that the concern meets the program's requir
